Trend watching also allowed BAA to anticipate today’s “no food provided on board” flying environment. The result was the industry leading AIRMALL-To-Go program. The effort moved food and beverage outlets from focusing solely on in-airport dining to a sub-specialty of take-away service. And the results have been nothing short of industry-changing.
